Remove the roof.The lighting will be put in the cabin only.

The bulb is difficult to be removed but we should do it.

Desolder two of three LEDs from the band. One of the LED with the resistor will be used. At the place of second LED use the pins to solder wire.

With 4 diods 1N4004 make the rectifier. Solder one of the ends to the lamella and other to the black wire.

To (+) from rectifier solder resistor 6,2 кОма/ 0,5 W. Solder wires from LED tape.

Put the LED tape on the bottom side of the roof. Try LED to be in the cabin.

Test and drive.
